Winter

When Arosa and Lenzerheide opened up their new double-track cable car from Hörnli to Urdenfürggli in the winter of 2013/14, Switzerland acquired a new dream pairing: 2 skiing areas were combined into 1 winter paradise, with 225 km of ski slopes with guaranteed snow, twice as many cosy mountain huts to choose from and record-breaking numbers of days of sunshine. Arosa Lenzerheide is the largest continuous skiing area in Graubünden and one of the top 10 in the country.

The location of this new winter sports area is also perfectly and uniquely placed for combining winter sports with public transport. With the new product "My ski pass is also my ticket for public transport", travel on public transport on the axis between Arosa and Lenzerheide is automatically included in all valid winter sports passes for the Arosa Lenzerheide region, at no extra charge
